Providing assistance and guidance to municipalities on implementation of
Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR), monitor and guide
SDF’s and training providers and other role-players on the implementation of training
in accordance with the requirements and objectives of the LGSETA. Liaise and maintain
good working relations with relevant government departments and stakeholders. Providing
secretarial role to the LGSETA Provincial Committees and preparation of necessary
reports. Assisting the Provincial Manager with all projects that are funded by the LGSETA.
Coordinate the LGSETA’s regional workshops/exhibitions to promote the NSDS. Assisting
the Provincial Manager in the coordination and facilitate provincial SDF s forums.
Support the Provincial Manager to promote and market SETA activities in the province.

B Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent or HRD, 5 years Experience
in project management and facilitation skills, Knowledge and understanding of Skills
Development Strategy, Familiar with the Province particularly at Local Government level,
Good skills in report writing and verbal communication. Experience or knowledge of
education sector will be an advantage • A valid code 8 drivers license
