INVITATION TO ALL EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE SUPPLIERS TO APPLY FOR REGISTRATION ON THE LGSETA DATABASE OF SUPPLIERS FOR RECURRING GOODS AND SERVICES
In preparation for implementation of the Supply Chain Management, the LGSETA invites providers of services to be listed onto the LGSETA supplier database for the following services:
- Travel, including flight bookings and vehicle hire
- Transport - shuttle, taxi service
- Courier service
- Accommodation - hotel, bed and breakfasts, guesthouses
- Conference and workshop venues, facilities and equipment
- Conference and event organising/co-ordinating
- Entertainment (music, dance etc.)
- Catering service
- Office consumables/stationery
- Office furniture - printers, photocopiers, telephones, etc.
- IT infrastructure
- Hardware
- Software
- Web design and maintenance
- Internet service provider
- Audio equipment - maintenance services, hiring and supply of audiovisuals equipment, big screens etc.
- Advertising - print and radio, including design and layout
- Exhibition equipment and furniture rental
- Design, layout and print specialists for LGSETA publications, including clothing
- Legal services
- Human Resource and Organisation Development
- Recruitment and ad response
- Training and capacity building - LGSETA staff
- Consultants - facilitation, research
- Project Management - special projects
- Quality Assurance Agents
- Technical Support - evaluation of tenders
- Training of Constituent - Assessors, Moderators & SDF`s
Service providers are requested to submit:
- Proof of company/CC registration
- Bank details form (together with a cancelled cheque)
- A brief resume of the business and company profile
- Representivity status
- Services offered and a general pricing structure (valid for a period of 12 months)
- Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate (not older than 6 months)
- Proof of VAT registration
- Proof of UIF
- Three (3) trade references
- Application registration forms obtainable from the LGSETA website, must be accompanied by a detailed proposal.
Applications will be assessed according to set criteria, including quality of service, capacity cost and financial viability. The LGSETA subscribes to the equity principle of the BBEE Code and PPFA.
Applications must reach the Supply Chain Officer on or before the 4 May 2007 at 4th Floor, Corporate Park Building, 4/6 Skeen Boulevard, Bedfordview or be posted to: LGSETA, PO Box 1964, Bedfordview 2008.
